We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is superb, with all the town amenities just a short walk away. Despite being close to everything, it was surprisingly quiet during the evening and night. The staff provided us with a warm and friendly welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, airy, and had comfortable beds that were just right. We especially enjoyed the amazing breakfast, which had a large selection of delicious cooked items and a variety of fruit, cereals, and toast. The service was exceptional, with the staff always ready to help and make our stay as comfortable as possible. we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had a fantastic stay at a charming guest house in a lovely seaside town. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. My room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the pier and seafront. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I stayed at this gem of a guest house in Paignton for a week and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hosts, Ian and Vicky, were kind and considerate, going out of their way to ensure our comfort. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the town and seafront. The added bonus of free car parking meant I didn't have to drive for the whole week. The breakfast, cooked by Ian, was absolutely amazing, with fresh fruit and a variety of choices. It truly felt like a home away from home with clean and well-supplied bedrooms. Would highly recommend this place!

The owners were fantastic, welcoming and friendly. Perfect location, just minutes from the beach. Clean and beautiful rooms with everything you need. Great value for money.

The breakfast was a great start to each day, with plenty of variety and options to choose from. It was also in a great location, very close to the beach and town center, which made it easy to explore the area on foot. Plus, having on-site parking was a nice bonus.

The room was very disappointing. the decor looked old and tired, and the mattress was uncomfortable.

The room was filled with little extras like fresh drinking water, hot chocolate, and a sewing kit, which was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the location was perfect - just a short walk from the train station, bus stops, and shops. The highlight of our stay, however, was the fabulous breakfast, with its high-quality ingredients and great variety. We were thoroughly impressed!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right on top of the beach and close to the town center. We didn't even need a car as everything was within walking distance. The service was excellent, with the staff working hard to ensure our stay was incredible. The room was lovely, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the free Wi-Fi, as well as the sitting area where we could relax after a long day. The breakfast was simply amazing, filling us up until dinner time. The new owners are doing a great job upgrading the accommodation, and we can't wait to see the changes on our next visit.

It couldn't have been more convenient. The owners, Vicky and Ian, were simply delightful. They were so friendly and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. The service was impeccable, and the housekeeping was top-notch. The room amenities were excellent, including a comfortable bed, free Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The garden area was a lovely spot to relax, and the special diet menus were a nice touch. the quality of service and comfort provided by this hotel was truly exceptional.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a lovely B&B in a great location. The room, although small, was impeccably clean and had a comfortable, soft bed. The bathroom was amazing, with a new and spacious shower. The friendly staff made our stay even better, and the breakfast was excellent. We were treated to a variety of fresh fruits, yogurt, and a delicious English breakfast cooked by a kind lady. The small parking area provided a safe place to leave our car. The B&B's location was perfect, close to the city center and the bus stop for the National Express.

The breakfast is of a very high standard, with a choice of fresh tomatoes and fruits, and a variety of cereals. The hosts, Vicky and Ian, are welcoming and helpful, making sure your stay is enjoyable.

It would have been more convenient if the bathroom was attached to the bedroom, but I understand that it was not possible in this guest house. However, this did not make my stay any worse.
