My recent stay at this hotel in Mangalore was truly delightful. the staff members were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of Mangalorean dishes. the location was convenient, with good parking facilities. the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing retreat after a long day of exploration.

A minor improvement could be adding name tags to all hotel associates for better recognition. it would be great to have more quiet spaces to work or have meetings, ensuring a peaceful environment for all visitors.

The double room I stayed in had excellent shower pressure. Room was spacious & staff helpful, even the guard. Loved Madhuvan veg restaurant. the laundry service returned my bag promptly. Roads outside were a real-life game of Frogger—a workout for yours truly, the jittery Jaipurite! .

Centrally located, Aj Grand offers excellent rooms, a delightful breakfast spread, and friendly, efficient service. Yogesh and Abhishek stand out for their helpfulness and courtesy, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. the buffet-style breakfast, with made-to-order eggs and dosa, is a highlight, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. the nearby Maharadja Family Restaurant and Pallkhi come recommended for dinner options, completing a pleasant experience.

Roads lack pedestrian paths. No complaints about Aj Grand.

I always return here for holidays. First night, staff helped with my room issue. It suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, security, restaurant. A wonderful stay every time.

We also checked out this dope club called FAMILY which was lit! the hotel location made it super easy to enjoy these places to the fullest!

More vibrant nightlife options would take the stay to the next level for us party animals!

Exceptionally comfortable bed. Despite the bustling city, it felt like sleeping on a cloud. the staff were like fairy godmothers, always there to grant your wishes and make your stay magical.

Noise from construction.

The hotel has a great location, making it easy to access popular tourist spots and delicious food options. the staff is also very friendly and helpful with anything you may need during your stay. the luxurious ambiance of the hotel rooms is the best feature.

There were some negative aspects of my weekend stay. One of the biggest issues was the lack of accountability among the staff.
