The staff were exceptional, attentive, and friendly. The customer service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were excellent with alternative options readily available. The chef personally checked on us multiple times. The warmth of the staff and housekeeping was pleasant, and they made every effort to ensure our stay was beyond comfortable.

Rakesh brightened my mornings and took care of my laundry beautifully. The food was sumptuous, especially the lamb seekh kebab and Achari paneer. Despite a few drawbacks, like the lack of wheelchair-friendly rooms, I highly recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful experience.

Had the best Christmas stay ever! The staff was awesome, offering free welcome drinks and cookies to all guests. The location was perfect, walking distance to a beautiful park and plenty of shopping options. We also loved the rooftop pool and bar, with stunning views of the city skyline.
