We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Everything was superb, from the modern and clean rooms to the top-notch service provided by the friendly and helpful staff. the manager, Mr Prashant Dubey, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, assisting us with everything from finding a reliable place to buy a sim card to arranging train tickets for our departure. the hospitality here is exceptional and truly sets this hotel apart. we were pleasantly surprised by the delicious and varied menu offered at the restaurant, as well as the high quality of the food. the hotel is also conveniently located near temples and shops, making it easy to explore the area.

Despite the negatives, the hotel's cleanliness and decent-sized rooms were commendable. The staff's incredible hospitality and attentive service, led by the manager Mr. Prashant Dubey, made the stay truly enjoyable. Moreover, the location of the hotel was advantageous for visiting the main temples in the area, with easy access to transportation. Additionally, the restaurant provided good service and offered delicious food options.

The inconsistent air conditioning, which made me feel ill and kept me up at night due to the high fan speed and poor air quality. The shower also had a drainage issue, causing the bathroom to flood.

During my xmas stay in Vrindavan, I was pleased with the two complementary activities and the delicious meals. the location of the hotel was optimal, with easy access to nearby main roads, and the gated community offered a sense of calmness during my walks at night. the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch.

My experience was somewhat hindered by the lack of accommodations for senior citizens, as washroom facilities were not optimal. the constant power outages, while common in this area, were still inconvenient.

The location was perfect, allowing us easy access to all the nearby temples. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room service was prompt and the food prepared by the head chef was exceptional. The hotel also offered a range of amenities such as a business center, free Wi-Fi, and a 24-hour reception. We highly recommend this place for its excellent location, top-notch service, and comfortable rooms.
