What a fab time we had at that hotel in Munnar! the friendly staff made us feel right at home, and those daily activities like morning yoga and nature walks were a neat touch. the spa was so dreamy for unwinding, and the pool and restaurant views were just breathtaking! the only bum note - the a la carte service could be a tad slow; maybe they need more hands on deck when it gets busy. a top spot we'd totally come back to! 🌄.

The museum is a tribute to the pioneers who worked their sweat and blood off, the garden is a haven for energetic kids, and the restaurant serves intricate and delicious dishes.

Got some good complementary breakfast in the mornings and great views from the hotel. the hotel is located in a serene location with a breathtaking view of the hills. the best part is the swimming pool. the hotel did an excellent job of setting the mood with its chatty staff, ensuring that you felt like you were at home.

The hotel experience did not match the high price point at all. It was not at all worth the amount of money charged.

Although this hotel was exceptional, there was only one minor issue to note. Sadly, the gym facilities were substandard and the treadmill did not work, however this was not the hotel's fault.
