Got some good complementary breakfast in the mornings and great views from the hotel. The hotel is located in a serene location with a breathtaking view of the hills. The best part is the swimming pool. The hotel did an excellent job of setting the mood with its chatty staff, ensuring that you felt like you were at home.

The hotel experience did not match the high price point at all. It was not at all worth the amount of money charged.

The breakfast at the hotel was lovely and the restaurant staff provided exceptional service. We also enjoyed the free yoga classes and evening traditional dances.

The property manager was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations. The rooms and property were well-maintained, and the views were breathtaking. The staff at the restaurant and spa were friendly and the food was delicious. The location was ideal, surrounded by tea plantations and a waterfall.

The exclusive amenities were top-notch and luxurious, from the spa and wellness centre to the outdoor swimming pool, I was immersed in a world of relaxation and tranquility. The exceptional service from the staff made my visit truly memorable, they were extremely professional and helpful, and the food at the restaurant was beyond excellent.

Although this hotel was exceptional, there was only one minor issue to note. Sadly, the gym facilities were substandard and the treadmill did not work, however this was not the hotel's fault.
