I was enchanted from the moment I stepped into Bloom. The view of the waterfront from the entrance drew me in and the charming decor throughout the hotel delighted me. The staff welcomed me beautifully and my room was well appointed and full of charm. The food at the hotel was excellent, especially the delicious kutchi menu and the Akeni. The overall beauty of the property left a lasting impression on me. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the waterfront in Fort Kochi. The location was perfect, providing easy access to all the main sightseeing places in this city. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and went the extra mile to make me happy. They helped me with finding taxis to and from the airport, even at night and early morning. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were impressive. Moreover, the breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.
