During my stay at Bloom, I encountered an issue with red ants in the room. However, the team quickly resolved the problem by arranging pest control and offering a room change. Their prompt response and attentiveness impressed me greatly. The location is perfect, with easy access to the metro station and nearby restaurants and malls. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and I had a comfortable sleep throughout my stay. I highly recommend Bloom for its excellent service and lovely ambiance.

Great location near the metro station. Lots of restaurant options and malls nearby. Room was clean and fresh, with a slightly bigger bathroom than usual.

Rooms are tiny and cramped, making it difficult to move around and get in and out of bed. No hot water in the lobby for tea and no kettle in the room.

The bathrooms are spacious compared to other hotels in the same category, ensuring guests can move around comfortably.

There were some issues with the hotel's payment system, as a guest mentioned their credit card was not accepted during check-in, which caused inconvenience.
