Staying at the Palace in such a central locale is fantastic for retreating from the overwhelming intensity of Varanasi. The building's antiquity adds to the dream-like experience. Despite visiting during a busy time, the outstanding location and top-notch service made our stay enjoyable. The room was nice, with the only downside being some noise at night from barking dogs. The restaurant's delicious vegetarian food, varied menu, and fresh ingredients were a highlight. The live traditional music in the evenings was magical, and we also enjoyed complimentary yoga classes and a guided tour of Sarnath. The staff, especially Rahul and Ankur, treated us like royalty.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. The exclusive amenities provided were exceptional and they fulfilled all my needs. The Spa & wellness center was amazing, with a full-body massage that was very relaxing. The entertainment at the leisure/TV room was a great way to pass the time. The in-room breakfast was perfect. The restaurant served exquisite meals with special diet menus. The private facilities were exclusively designed and well-maintained. The location was very convenient with great location advantages.

There was only one minor issue that bothered me during my stay. The service at the restaurant was not up to the mark.

The location of Brijrama Palace was perfect for exploring Varanasi on foot. We enjoyed the complimentary pick-up and drop-off service, as well as the evening boat ride. The minibar was fully stocked and included in the price.

On the narrow alleys of this beautiful city, you can find a hotel with a magnificent view of the river. It is located near all the important landmarks and offers easy access for taxis to park. The rooms are comfortable with attractive furnishings and the bathrooms, though basic, meet all your needs. The service is outstanding, with friendly and professional staff who go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel does not serve alcohol on the premises, which may be a disappointment for some guests.
