The location was perfect, offering easy access to the rooftops of this city, as well as other attractions such as the Westin. This hotel was absolutely amazing! The rooms were beautiful and the service was top-notch. We were greeted with champagne upon arrival and given a tour of the stunning property. The gardens were breathtaking and the views of the city were incredible. The location, although a bit outside of town, provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We loved sitting in the garden and enjoying the views with a glass of delicious wine. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel very welcome. They even went the extra mile to retrieve a lost item for us.

One small downside was that complimentary water was only provided on the first day. It would have been nice to have a small bottle of water provided in the evening as well.

We were upgraded to a suite upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The view from our room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the city. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and even offered us a complimentary glass of Prosecco. The pool area was wonderful and the service was attentive. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also provided a shuttle to the city center, which was very convenient. our stay at Il Salviatino Firenze was exceptional and I would highly recommend it.
