Casa Montana exceeded our expectations in every way! the location was perfect for peaceful walks and yet still within walking distance of everything we needed. the staff, especially Mr Ahmed, Deepan, Aravind, and Neha, were incredibly welcoming and provided impeccable service. the room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. We appreciated the delicious breakfast and the restaurant manager and his team did a great job with the food. the hotel was well-managed, and the general manager was always present. We would definitely recommend Casa Montana to others!

This hotel is conveniently located near the centre of town, just outside the restaurant district. It is also just opposite the bus stand, with a beautiful hill view on one side. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a wonderful shower. The staff provides exceptional service, ensuring every request is promptly attended to. The breakfast spread is delicious, offering a variety of North and South Indian dishes.

The water takes a while to heat up, resulting in some water wastage.

We had a great stay at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short distance from the city center. The hotel was tucked away on a side road off the main road, which meant it was quiet and peaceful. We loved the view of the surrounding tea plantations, it was really beautiful. The staff was incredible, so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfy bed and a nice shower. We also enjoyed the breakfast, there were lots of delicious choices. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Munnar.

The hotel had two restaurants which were convenient and offered a range of food options. the view from the room was breathtaking, with a glimpse of the nearby park. the hotel was located in a prime spot, with easy access to restaurants and public transport.

The rooms were not properly cleaned and the staff seemed uninterested in their job. the bathroom was dirty and the towels were not changed daily.

The staff at Casa Montana went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From their warm welcome to their exceptional service, they made us feel right at home. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
