One minor issue was the potential struggle for vegetarian guests to avoid the seafood smell in the excellent restaurant.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious property with its charming colonial-era drawings and lush plants and trees. The multi-cuisine restaurant, Tharavadu, provided a warm welcome and delicious food. The live music by MrJensen added to the enjoyable atmosphere. The housekeeping staff, especially Abhilash, made our stay near the pool even more pleasant.

The free snacks by the pool and friendly staff were the best aspects of the weekend. the pool was relaxing and refreshing. You feel far away from the city even though it is within driving distance.

The room was dirty and smelly. the bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and had strange stains everywhere.

The staff at this hotel are absolutely incredible, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The housekeeping team greeted us with a smile every time we passed by, making us feel so welcome. The seafood restaurant was outstanding, serving a variety of delicious dishes. The property itself is stunning, with traditional Kerala architecture and spacious, modern rooms. The giant banyan tree provided shade all day, and we enjoyed the cool breeze and visits from a friendly squirrel. The breakfast had something for everyone, and the front desk team, led by Gagan, deserves a special mention for their excellent service. The pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for a swim. an excellent hotel with a helpful and polite staff, cozy rooms, and delicious food. Keep up the good work team!

This luxurious hotel provided me exclusive amenities that made me feel pampered and special. From the exquisite Spa & Wellness center to the Outdoor Swimming Pool, everything was impeccable. the Full Body Massage, Foot Massage, Back Massage, and Head Massage were all amazing. the Garden area was stunning and well maintained. the Restaurant was fantastic, and the In-Room Breakfast was a delight. There was also a lavish Bar/Lounge area where I enjoyed a drink or two. the staff was kind, professional and attentive to all my needs.

The only minor thing that bothered me was the distance from the hotel to most tourist attractions. this was not much of an issue as the taxi service was sufficient and accessible.

The tea and coffee provided in our room made for a cozy stay. The band in the restaurant was a pleasant surprise, their performance was impressive. The outdoor swimming pool was a great way to relax. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
