The hotel is located in a prime area surrounded by many good restaurants with delicious food, making it an easy choice for hungry tourists. Additionally, there are plenty of stores close by for shopping enthusiasts, and you can also find many bars and restaurants in Long Street.

Sadly, it seems that the hotel is short-staffed, leading to long waiting times for guests.

The room was impeccably clean and fresh, and the staff went above and beyond to rectify any issue we had, such as a faulty towel handlebar. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the central location made everything easily accessible. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location couldn't have been better, with top tourist attractions, businesses, and restaurants within walking distance. The staff were efficient, friendly, and helpful, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. Despite being centrally located, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. Special mention to Nomfu at reception, who went above and beyond to guide me to the hotel when I encountered road closures due to filming.

The hotel’s location was a major disadvantage as the streets were littered with rubbish and beggars could be seen around the area. the hotel could have done a better job in ensuring that the streets were cleaned up regularly.

The beautiful room view, delicious breakfast, and friendly, professional staff made my stay at this hotel enjoyable. The location is great, with plenty happening at St Georges Mall, and Table Mountain and the Waterfront nearby.
