The location of the hotel is amazing, just steps away from the beach. The private beach is a great feature for us as vegetarians and vegans. The swimming pool is well-maintained and the lifeguards ensure safety. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the room service is good. The resort is also very clean.

This hotel is in a prime location, just next to a beautiful beach and close to famous casinos. The beach can be easily accessed by onsite taxi or local tuk tuk, making it convenient. taj cidade de goa heritage, goa was a pleasant surprise on this journey. the location was perfect, with stunning sea-facing rooms. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, providing baby food and a crib. overall, a great experience.

Ac and fridge in room didn't work.

Our stay at Cidade was amazing. The sea view from the room was breathtaking. The pool area was well-maintained and relaxing. We loved the live music at the in-house bar. Special thanks to the helpful buffet restaurant staff who accommodated our dietary restrictions. we had a wonderful vacation.

At check-out, the communication between the hotel teams was poor and caused confusion. However, the staff members were friendly and resolved the issue.

Situated on a beautiful beach, this hotel has exclusive amenities that make you feel luxurious. There is a Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Swimming pool, and Beach access. The staff is courteous and offers a wide range of treatments, including a Body scrub, Full body massage, Facial, and more. The garden area is stunning. The private facilities are exclusive and offer a pool with a view, Coffee/Tea in lobby, and a Picnic area/Tables. The location is great for walking on the beach and enjoying the calm area.

Although the dining is great, it can be on the pricier end. However, the Buffet breakfast and Poolside snack bar satisfy a range of morning cravings.

We received two complementary cocktails upon arrival which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was great, close to the beach and local attractions. The pool area was also nice, with plenty of lounge chairs to relax on.

Our Thanksgiving stay at the hotel was not up to our expectations. The room was not as clean as we had hoped and had a strange smell.
