my recent stay at a hotel in chennai was good, but this time at citadines was incredible. the well-equipped room, clean facilities, and helpful staff made my longer stay very comfortable. the fully functional kitchenette and balcony were perfect additions. highly recommend citadines for a hassle-free stay.

The hotel's location on the main road makes it easily accessible, especially for business guests. The royal suite was amazing, with a fully functional kitchen, comfortable living room, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel also offers amenities such as TVs in both rooms, high-speed WiFi, and a variety of charging cables for guests. The bathrooms were spacious and the property is soundproofed, making for a peaceful stay. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, made the experience memorable.

Felt like it was our own home, no complaints whatsoever.

Our recent stay in a service apartment in the south of India was great. The location had everything we needed; nearby business centres and a shopping centre that kept us entertained. We even found a fantastic Andhra restaurant just around the corner. The apartment itself was immaculate, with fully furnished rooms and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast provided was delicious. We were pleased to find a well-appointed gym and pool on-site.

The TV was a bit finicky and required technical assistance multiple times.

Had a great thanksgiving stay with two complementary items that added to our enjoyment. the location was perfect for exploring the city and provided easy access to top tourist spots. the pool was relaxing and refreshing – a great bonus for hot days.

Some minor details affected our experience slightly. the staff was slow to replace dishes and cups, and cleaning could have been more thorough.

I had a wonderful time at this place! Its city center location was so convenient for me as I was on a business trip and had to be within the Corp areas. The staff was incredibly helpful when it came to room service and arranging car hire for me. I also loved the free laundry service, it made packing so much easier!

The staff did not seem to listen to my request, but that aside, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family.

The value for money at Citadines was excellent and the room was amazing. The location was perfect, close to IT companies and fine dining options. The staff were helpful and courteous, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The breakfast could be improved with a greater variety of items.

Great continental breakfast, eco-friendly toiletries, and well-equipped rooms with induction stoves, microwaves, washing machines, and more. Pleasantly surprised that the hotel refilled our own water bottles for us. The decor is quaint and classy, and the lobby provides a nice sitting area for work or meeting friends.

This hotel met all our exclusive amenities needs! We felt pampered with the private facilities. the Sauna, Jacuzzi, and Steam room were sublime. the Swimming pool and Outdoor swimming pool overlooking the stunning view were an absolute delight. the Sun loungers and Beach umbrellas were a great touch to relax and bask in the sun. the location advantages allowed us to explore the city effortlessly.

We had a minor issue with the continental breakfast. the Breakfast lacked some variety we were used to, but the Special diet menus were fantastic.
