The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to key attractions and popular areas. Additionally, the private parking for self-driven vehicles was a great advantage, making it hassle-free to navigate around the area.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel could have been better, as I encountered an unexpected surprise of finding a rat in my room. This was quite disappointing and left a negative impression on my stay.

We stayed at this luxury hotel and it was excellent. The location was superb, right at the end of the pedestrianised Mall Road. It was very convenient for getting around Shimla, with easy access to the upper and lower mall, the Ridge, and the Bazaar. The staff were so polite, helpful, and went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with large windows overlooking the back of Mall Road. The restaurant served a delicious breakfast and the bar had a great selection of drinks. we highly recommend this place to everyone.

Had a fantastic stay here! This place is on The Mall which is central to most of the interesting sites here. The staff were wonderful, providing great service, from room service to tours/ticket assistance. The room was equipped with amazing amenities such as ironing facilities, mini-bar, and free toiletries. The dining room was excellent, with an incredible breakfast buffet, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel also provided leisure facilities like badminton and tennis, which was a great way to unwind.

The hotel itself is a charming heritage property with beautifully arranged rooms. The staff were exceptional, taking care of us and providing recommendations for combating altitude sickness.
