Churros at breakfast were the best in Buenos Aires!

Rodrigo was super helpful at check-in and had all the tips for exploring. Our bellman Alejandro treated our luggage like fragile eggs. The room was cozy, and I loved the time spent there, even if it was too short!

The A.C. was about as reliable as a cat on a hot tin roof. And let's just say, if I wanted a spa treatment, a dripping shower floor isn't quite what I had in mind.

! We were a few blocks from the main attraction and the staff was SUPER helpful even if they didn't speak perfect English. The room was quiet and clean, with great bedding for a solid night's rest. Plus, the breakfast had some nice options, even if I missed a hot meal, the pastries and coffee were decent enough to start our day right.

I was deeply frustrated with the paper-thin walls. The noise from neighboring rooms was unbearable, which made it hard to get a decent night's sleep. Additionally, I encountered issues with the air conditioning that didn't work properly in my first room, and the lack of bathrobes as advertised was disappointing. While the hotel staff, apart from the manager, seemed to struggle with English, it added to the overall sense of frustration during my stay.

The staff was amazing and super friendly, greeting us with genuine smiles. Our room was really spacious with a kitchenette, perfect for snacks. The location made it easy to walk to Casa Rosada and other sights! , breakfast was a nice start to the day.

the gym access through the restaurant is just absurd. Last time I checked, there are no fashion shows at breakfast. Also, the breakfast options were a joke, really? I almost wrote a glowing review, but surely they could've tossed in a complimentary cappuccino to make up for my woes. I expected better, not this mediocrity.

i did notice that the wifi was kinda slow at times, which was annoying. also, some of the rooms were a bit dark and could use better lighting.
