The hotel is located in the Centro area on a side street off of a main street, making it convenient to explore the city's main attractions. On the other side of the street, there is a supermarket, which is really convenient for grabbing snacks or essentials. The staff at the hotel is very helpful and friendly, always willing to go above and beyond to assist guests. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-equipped, with functional kitchens and comfortable beds.

One small downside is that the WiFi connection in the hotel can be a bit weak at times.

The junior suite was spacious and well-designed, with a separate bedroom and living room. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, although the lighting in the bedroom could have been better. The bathroom was efficient and the tub was perfect for tall people. The included breakfast had a great selection of items. The location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance of all the city attractions. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and spoke English fluently. I highly recommend this hotel.
