I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Delhi, Connaught, Ihcl Seleqtions. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Despite a technical issue with my room reservation, the duty manager, Naushad, was quick to offer a solution and even provided a complimentary meal for the inconvenience. the rooms were spacious, clean, and had beautiful views. the breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, catering to various tastes. the hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to friends and family.

I stayed at a centrally located hotel in Connaught Square for 2 nights. The updated rooms were of good standard, and I had a pleasant view of the road. The hotel's location was ideal for shopping, with great bargains at local shops. The breakfast buffet was better than expected, with delicious options like stuffed parathas, comparable to those in European restaurants. The staff was professional and well-trained, providing good service. I would definitely stay here again.

We recently stayed at this hotel and we were impressed with the central location that made it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and offered great services that enhanced our stay, such as room service and car hire. The housekeeping was excellent and everything was spotless. The rooms were well-equipped with modern amenities such as free wi-fi and a flat-screen TV.

The cleanliness was impeccable, with spotlessly clean rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a lovely bar and restaurant. The location was perfect, right next to Shivaji Bus Stand, allowing easy access to transportation to explore both new and old Delhi. We were also able to visit the Golden Triangle without any hassle. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to food/drinking places and shopping areas was a major plus. The breakfast served was delicious with a satisfying variety. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

During my recent stay at a hotel in New Delhi, I discovered a hidden gem called Connaught. The location was fantastic, just off Connaught Place, providing easy access to all the main attractions of the city. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks like small rooms and occasional power cuts, these did not hinder my overall experience. The warm and attentive service from the staff, along with the convenient location and mouthwatering food, made up for any shortcomings.

We had a fantastic stay at Connaught. the location was perfect, with many places of interest nearby. the hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially in arranging a last-minute car and city tour. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the on-site dining room staff, particularly Somdutt Sharma, provided exceptional service. He treated us like family and made our breakfast experience delightful. Even though they don't offer tourist tours, they arranged a hotel car with a friendly and efficient driver for us to explore the city during our limited free time. the property was tastefully decorated and the staff was accommodating.

Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! the complementary Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas breakfast were fantastic! the hotel's location was very central and close to all Christmas markets and events. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable.

That the room was a bit small for the price, but honestly, this was not a big issue given that we spent most of our time exploring the city and attending Christmas events. it was a great stay and we would definitely come back!

The hotel is conveniently located near Connaught Place, with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants in the vicinity. Guests can easily explore the area, visit handicraft shops, and even arrange for cabs for sightseeing. The rooms are well-equipped with all the essentials, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast served is tasty, and there is a cozy ambiance in the lobby, filled with natural light during the day.

Some areas of the hotel, such as the carpets, upholstery, and draperies, seemed neglected and in need of cleaning.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore the city. The staff treated me exceptionally well, especially Shubham at the reception who helped me with my train ticket to Agra. The breakfast options were extensive and delicious.
