Had a lovely Easter break in a hotel in the historic center of a beautiful city. The breakfast was fantastic, with many options for every taste; my family and I loved it. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a few minutes away from all the attractions, but still peaceful and quiet. we appreciated the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, which made us feel at home.

We had a few issues with the bathroom. The showerhead leaked and made a mess on the floor, which was quite annoying.

This venue is a luxurious place to spend your vacation. The exclusive amenities provided here are top-notch. The room had a beautiful and modern design and provided an excellent view. The staff was welcoming, professional, and prompt in responding to our requests. The specialty restaurant had a wide variety of delicious food to choose from, with special diet menus available for guests. The spa lounge had a calm and comfortable atmosphere that helped us relax and de-stress. We enjoyed the steam room and facial treatments, which were all part of the spa package.

We did encounter a minor issue upon our arrival; the room wasn't properly cleaned, and an old pair of slippers was found under the bed.
