The staff, especially Aman, Naveen, Naresh, and Sushil, were incredibly courteous. Only minor improvements like a more elaborate buffet and inclusive dining deals were suggested. Some garden rooms needed attention due to a slight seepage smell.

We had an amazing time at a luxury property with the best location, near the Kosi river and hills of Ramnagar. The zero yard riverfront rooms offered spaciousness, modern amenities, and breathtaking views.
