Some of the hotel staff had difficulty with English, which made communication challenging. the internet card usage had to be used up within 24 hours, which was inconvenient.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bangkok for 4 days and I couldn't recommend this hotel more! The room was spacious and clean, with separate tables for work and making tea. The convention hall was also great for business purposes. The hotel is conveniently located near the MRT Purple Line Bang-Kra-Sor Station and a 7-11 convenience store. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the small but clean pool was a nice touch. The Metro station was close by, making it easy to explore the city. a satisfying stay with good aircon and tasty food.

Additionally, the staff was generally helpful and had a decent understanding of English. Lastly, the price for the accommodation was quite reasonable, especially considering it included breakfast.
