The location of the hotel is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and only a short walk away from the famous Harmandir Sahib, making it easy to explore the local area. the spacious and clean rooms, along with the helpful staff, made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, having the convenience of nearby shopping areas and local eateries within walking distance added to the overall experience.

There were some maintenance issues during my stay, such as cracked vanity counters, dusty lamps, and torn bed sheets. the breakfast options were limited and sometimes ran out, with slow and inattentive service.

The location was ; the hotel lacked hot water, had ongoing construction causing disturbances, no kitchen, and overcharged for items. The room faced an exam area, breakfast was subpar, and the staff had unprofessional interactions with guests. a disappointing and unacceptable experience.

the check-in process was smooth, although they did not accept our online ID proof. the staff made us feel completely at ease, and the hotel's central location made it convenient for us to visit Darbar Sahib. Our spacious and pristine bathroom, while lacking a kettle initially, was promptly provided upon request, ensuring a comfortable stay. the cracked vanity counter slab and reminders for maintenance were the only aspects that slightly affected my otherwise enjoyable stay. Everything else at the hotel met my expectations perfectly.
