During my stay at Country Inn & Suites in Navi Mumbai, I had a small issue with the cleanliness of my room and some insects. However, I must commend the hotel management for their prompt solution. After I complained about the situation, they immediately changed my room to a very clean and comfortable one. It was impressive to see their quick response in resolving the problem.

Located conveniently near the Mumbai-Pune highway and the industrial area, this hotel was a convenient choice for us as we had to visit a nearby facility. The room was tidy, the breakfast was quite satisfying, and the staff at the bar was polite and attentive, offering us great service.

The unprofessional staff at the front desk left a lot to be desired. They refused to help us with our internet connectivity issue and even failed to fix the blocked drain in the bathroom in a timely manner, making us wait for ages.

The Masala Tea was a delightful treat. The Mosaic Restaurant also offered a variety of tasty local dishes. The fruit selection, including watermelon, pineapple, and papaya, was refreshing. I appreciated the availability of bottled water without any extra cost. The welcoming attitude of the restaurant manager and the friendly staff made my dining experience enjoyable. My room was cleaned daily. The reception staff and duty manager were helpful in arranging local transportation, making it convenient for me to travel around.
