Be ready for a somewhat cramped experience with limited room space!!! Dustbins might not be emptied regularly, and you may find yourself needing to request basic amenities like extra pillows and towels. Fixing malfunctioning TVs shouldn't take four days!!!

my stay at shirat hayam boutique was enjoyable until I found dirty coffee cups from the day before. not to mention, the remote for the tv didn't work for four days! I thought a room upgrade would woudl ve been a nice gesture after such inconvenience. instead, I was treated like everyone else. so disappointing.

Great location. right by the promenade with amazing views of the Sea of Galilee. The antique furnishings added a lovely charm. breakfast was plentiful with a good mix of options!

The air conditioning was quite noisy. and the room felt a bit run down with maintenance needed in places.

My stay in the Premium Suite was absolutely fantastic! The terrace view of the Sea of Galilee took my breath away every morning. I can't stop raving about how comfortable the bed was—perfect for lounging after a day of adventures!

i recently spent a night at this hotel in tiberias and it exceeded my expectations during this summer holiday. the breathtaking view of the sea of galilee from my suite was unmatched, and the breakfast served on the terrace was truly the best i had in israel. the charming decor added a lovely touch to my stay.

The breakfast was outstanding. Picture this, a huge spread of cheeses, pastries, and great coffee right on the terrace with a view of the water! The staff was friendly and went out of their way to help when we faced a storm, they brought us a tray with chocolate and wine after some rainwater got in our room. A very nice touch that made the stay truly memorable.
