We had an amazing stay at Vivanta Katra Vaishno Devi - such a peaceful and serene location surrounded by greenery and beautiful views. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially N who assisted us with our bags. the rooms were spacious with large windows offering lovely garden views. the food was delicious with a variety of options. the team, including Mr Vijay Kumar, Ravi, Shivani, Poonam, and Ashok. the property is perfect for families with plenty of activities for kids like swings and a Badminton court. a memorable experience.

Our recent stay at this hotel was truly exceptional! the staff here are incredibly friendly, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. From reminding us about breakfast when we overslept to accommodating our food preferences, their service was impeccable. the restaurant serves delicious meals; we especially enjoyed the variety of options and the special attention to our dietary needs. the property is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, a serene pool, and a dedicated play area for children. the live entertainment at the restaurant added a special touch to our evenings, and the spa services were top-notch. We were pleasantly surprised to find all these amenities included in our stay. the location, just before the city starts, offers a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, while still being close enough to popular attractions like Vaishno Devi and Bhimgarh Fort.

One area that could be improved upon is the noise level control within the hotel. Unfortunately, we experienced disturbances from other guests late into the night, which disrupted our sleep and overall experience.

Great view from the room and the breakfast buffet was awesome! the location was also very convenient for the sightseeing nearby and the staff was friendly.

The room was quite dirty, with stained carpets and a bathroom that was not cleaned properly. the air conditioning was leaking and the staff was not able to fix it.
