Pros the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking, had to fold them in half for more support. the hilly walk back to the house added a fun challenge to the stay. I'll gladly return to this cozy gem.

The rooms are like a cozy sanctuary, with luxurious touches, a comfy bed, and a spacious bathroom for a nature lover like myself.

Not a huge fan of small double beds, but others might still find it cozy.

Staff helped me find transport on my first stay. Black Rock House suits me perfectly. the Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, flat-screen TV, and electric kettle make it convenient. No pets allowed, and no smoking on site. Can't wait to come back for New Year!

If I had to mention one thing, it would be the slightly higher price compared to other places I've stayed at. considering the quality of service and amenities, it's still worth it.

Just stayed at the hotel close to the station. the hill was a bit steep but the fancy toiletries in the room were AMAZING! Would choose again. the garden area is better than in photos.
