I stayed in a spacious room with a large window providing natural lighting and a view of the beautiful Tank Bund facing the Hussain Sagar lake. The upholstery and amenities were nice, and the staff was excellent, providing courteous and helpful service. The hotel's location is centered, with easy access to various places. The professionalism and commitment of the staff made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay.

On a couple of occasions, the room service forgot to come, requiring me to call the front desk.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a prime location with easy access to shopping, business and tourist attractions. The luxurious spa centre, complete with sauna and steam room, provides exclusive amenities which made my stay unforgettable. The outdoor swimming pool, nestled in a serene sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, was a great place for relaxation. The exquisite restaurant offers a variety of special diet menus and packed lunches that catered to my dietary requirements.

This hotel had no night club. However, it is a minor issue as the peaceful environment made up for it.
