I stayed in a spacious room with a large window providing natural lighting and a view of the beautiful Tank Bund facing the Hussain Sagar lake. The upholstery and amenities were nice, and the staff was excellent, providing courteous and helpful service. The hotel's location is centered, with easy access to various places. The professionalism and commitment of the staff made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay.

On a couple of occasions, the room service forgot to come, requiring me to call the front desk.

We had a comfortable stay during our business travels. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided a variety of options and the chefs, Anurag, Vinayak, and Ranjan, made delicious meals. The staff, especially Pankaj, were very friendly and helpful.

Spacious and sparkling clean rooms with plenty of amenities provided. Also loved the friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise with a variety of tasty options to choose from, and the 24-hour room service was extremely convenient. the location was perfect, with plenty of local attractions and restaurants within walking distance.

It was definitely worth the extra cost. the only downside was that the gym was a bit small and could benefit from some more equipment, but this was a minor issue in the grand scheme of things.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a prime location with easy access to shopping, business and tourist attractions. the luxurious spa centre, complete with sauna and steam room, provides exclusive amenities which made my stay unforgettable. the outdoor swimming pool, nestled in a serene sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas, was a great place for relaxation. The exquisite restaurant offers a variety of special diet menus and packed lunches that catered to my dietary requirements. Cons: Unfortunately, this hotel had no night club. it is a minor issue as the peaceful environment made up for it.

Unparalleled front desk assistance, amazing in-house dining experience, warm welcome, excellent mutton biryani, friendly and hospitable staff, feels like staying at a friend's place.

The restaurant staff, especially chef Anurag, Kalyan, and restaurant supervisor Mr. Abani, went above and beyond to cater to my needs. The breakfast at MoMo cafe was delicious and the service prompt. The spacious and well-lit room provided a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel for the warm welcome and exceptional service.

The room was spacious and clean, and the hotel had a great selection of amenities. We particularly enjoyed the karaoke nights and the lively atmosphere in the casino.
