Excellent and very courteous staff, led by Ms. Laxmi, S/Shri Santosh, Prabhakar at the Reception, Shri Souvnik from Housekeeping, and S/Shri Shravan & Sidhant T at the Restaurant, under the overall supervision of S/Shri Rahul & Imran. the location of the property is amazing, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. the food was delicious, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely visit again for the overall experience. the view from the resort was breathtaking, and the weather was perfect for a relaxing stay. the pool was nice, and the outdoor facilities added to the enjoyment of the trip. Nearby landmarks like Wilson Point and Lingmala Falls were easily accessible and added to the family bonding experience.

I thought my birthday had turned into a surprise anniversary at the hotel. What a mix, up! They even decorated the room for a non, existing 25th anniversary. the staff were sweet but got a bit lost when showing us around. the villa was disappointing, with worn, out furniture and a poorly maintained outdoor seat, out. Sun deck and pool access were tricky for seniors. And the cool nights in early May were a treat for this tropical gal from Taiwan.

You can relax and enjoy the lush green valley from the comfort of your room. the staff, including Wasim, Ashish, Sayani and Shoaib, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their politeness and willingness to assist truly stood out. the room service was impeccable, and the overall ambience of the hotel was amazing.

One area that could use improvement is the swimming pool. Unfortunately, the water was not heated, making it difficult to fully enjoy it, especially during cooler weather.

Located on the main road, this hotel offers breathtaking views and a seamless blend of nature and modern luxury. the compact yet functional rooms are exclusive and fulfill all luxurious needs. the restaurant serves amazing South Indian, Oriental and Italian cuisine while the pool area boasts a stunning infinity pool, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas. the entertainment facilities are endless, with picnic tables and outdoor dining areas available.

Although the staff is polite and helpful, the check-in desk could use some improvement.

We recently went on a romantic escape and enjoyed the stunning views on offer. the pool was also a great feature, giving us a chance to relax and unwind. the cleanliness of the rooms was also a highlight for us.

Our experience was let down by a number of aspects. the food quality was poor, with limited options and some dishes were too spicy for our liking.
