Jacuzzi leaked.

The staff at La Cielo Suites Bostanci were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When I needed to extend my stay due to unexpected circumstances, they went out of their way to find me a different room. The room was clean and had a nice view of the sea from the balcony. The location is great, as it is close to the metro and ferry. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. I had a very pleasant stay.

Clean, comfortable rooms with great sea views. Staff was hospitable and always willing to accommodate requests. Conveniently located near public transportation and cafes. Beautiful terrace in upgraded 1 bedroom suite provided a stunning backdrop for enjoying the view. Close to Sabiha airport and Bagdat Caddesi for easy access to shopping and airports.

Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel was located in a convenient spot near restaurants and accessible by taxi. Our room had a lovely balcony with a great view of the sea. The staff was helpful and friendly, providing us with an air humidifier to make our room even more comfortable.

The soundproofing between rooms wasn't great, so we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We loved the location of this hotel, it is very close to the coast where we could enjoy beautiful views of the islands. We easily got a taxi to explore other neighborhoods and the airport was also relatively close. The room amenities were great with an electric kettle and mini-bar available. The staff were very helpful with room service and the option to hire a car, and also provided tours and ticket assistance.

This place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to our family and friends without any hesitation.

The hotel offers excellent facilities including jacuzzi rooms with breathtaking sea views. The location is great, with easy access to the train station and attractions like the Grand Bazaar and Hagia Sofia. The staff is very welcoming and always ready to help.

Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

The room was spacious and had new furniture. We enjoyed the large bath in the center of the room. the manager was friendly and helped us with some issues. the hotel was in a great location with easy access to good restaurants and tourist attractions.

Our anniversary didn't go as planned as the shower had no door, and when we complained to the receptionist, she pretended to not have known about it. It took over 1.5 hours for them to move us to another room and the cleanliness was subpar.
