The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and taken care of. The breakfast offered at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of options and great quality food. The location of the hotel was convenient, being close to the metro station and just a short auto ride away from the train station.

The room we stayed in could use some upgrades, as there were signs of wear and tear. The view from our room was not pleasant, facing a residential building and requiring us to keep the curtains drawn.

I had a great experience interacting with Pradip, Berley, and Amit, who were all incredibly helpful in making my event successful. The food at the hotel was also delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent staff and great service.

Devraj from the concierge desk was exceptionally helpful, taking care of parcel deliveries and organizing taxis to the airport. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for early morning flights. Additionally, the delicious breakfast served in the cafe was a great start to the day.

Can't fault the property in any way.

The room was clean and spacious, with great air conditioning and comfortable bedding. the shower had great pressure and volume, almost like a spa treatment. the hotel staff were kind and provided amazing service, especially the housekeeping staff who kept the rooms clean and the front office desk staff who were helpful with check-in and payment options.

There were some issues with the service, such as long wait times for tea in the restaurant and a decline in the quality of the breakfast food. During the stay, there was no small item from the bakery in the allocated room.

They were consistently friendly, accommodating, and always wore a smile. Specifically, Jay Joshi at the front office went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, including granting a late check out request. His dedication and positive attitude left a lasting impression. the waiters at the breakfast table were also attentive and eager to assist.

We had an amazing breakfast experience during our stay at Courtyard. The crew ensured our satisfaction with the Indian breakfast, making it a superb experience. The location is conveniently close to J B Nagar Metro Station. we would recommend staying here.

courtyard mumbai exceeded my expectations during celebrations. the staff's warm greetings and exceptional service made me feel at home. special shout out to utesh at mojo cafe for going above and beyond. spacious suite, comfy bed, and delicious breakfast - can't wait to return!

Unpleasant smell in corridor on 8th floor.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient. Although not right next to the airport, the pickup service works well and it only takes around 30 minutes to get there. The Momo cafe in the hotel is definitely a must-visit, with friendly staff like Khushboo and Teefal and chefs like Tejas, Sameer and Ankur that provide fantastic service and introduce new dishes. The room also has great amenities, including strong internet connection and a well-maintained desk.

Prices can be unexpected. Be aware that taxes and additional charges may be added on final bills, as one guest found out.
