The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring all the local attractions. You'll be right in the middle of everything, making it easy to get around and see the sights. Plus, the hotel staff are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to assist you with organizing trips and transportation.

The noise from the rooftop restaurant can be quite disturbing at times. It would be better if the hotel could find a way to reduce the noise levels, especially during the evenings.

The value for money at Crown Valley was excellent and we were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room. The location was peaceful and the staff treated us with utmost care and always had a smile on their faces.

We were given complimentary breakfast and parking which was a nice touch. the hotel was conveniently located near the main attractions and had a beautiful view from the balcony. the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room had a weird smell and the bathroom fixtures were not properly cleaned. the prices were also slightly higher than what we were expecting.

During my recent stay at Crown Valley Thekkady, I had a very helpful experience when I encountered a problem. I requested a room with twin beds but it seemed like my request was not read. However, when I approached the staff, they were quick to assist me and resolve the issue. They were friendly and always willing to help.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the ala carte dinner options were also good. The infrastructure and facilities were top-notch, including a swimming pool, gym, and parking on site. it was an excellent place to stay for both families and bachelors.

We had a fantastic time at Crown Valley! the games like carrom, footsie, chess, and TT were enjoyable and added to our overall experience. the resort staff were friendly and provided great recommendations for nearby tourist places. the landscaping and exterior of the property were beautiful and created a relaxing atmosphere. the breakfast buffet had a good variety of options to cater to different tastes. we were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the Honeymoon suites, which were excellent. the bed and shower were amazing, and the rooftop dining and room service were outstanding. the staff paid attention to detail, were polite and friendly, and the little swimming pool was spacious and lovely. a great stay!
