staying at the crowne plaza was a delightful experience. the hotel was clean and modern, staff were friendly and attentive. the breakfast offered a diverse range of cuisines, including english, japanese, mediterranean and indian. the gym was well-equipped and staff were always available to assist. the location was convenient, just 25 minutes from the airport, making it easy to catch a flight. overall, a comfortable and lovely stay with excellent amenities and service.

We had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza. The lounge bar provided a relaxing ambiance, and the restaurant served the best food in Delhi. The staff, including Amit, Sanjay, and Honshu, were professional and kind, always striving to provide excellent service. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the lounge bar and restaurant again. we highly recommend this hotel.

Great complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi were the best things about this hotel! It is located in an ideal spot with easy access to the mall and cinema. the room view from the window was amazing, and so was the staff; the in-room dining service was smooth and the staff was friendly.

Our stay was not as pleasant as we expected. the room cleanliness could have been better, we found stains on the bedspread.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities that exceeded our expectations. The Spa & wellness centre was a highlight, with body wraps and massages leaving us feeling pampered. The Swimming pool area was lovely, with a sauna and steam room for further relaxation. Dine at the Restaurant, with special diet menus available upon request. The Garden area was well-manicured and provided a tranquil oasis. In-room breakfast was a big plus. The location is convenient, making it ideal for business or leisure travel.

The live entertainment was not as lively as expected.

The hotel is in a great location, with plenty of nearby eateries and lounges. It's also conveniently located just 30 minutes from the international airport. The staff at the hotel are exceptional, always accommodating, helpful, and honest. The rooms are clean and have a fresh new look, with great amenities like a gym, pool, and sauna. The food is authentic and there is a wide spread available.

The only minor downside was that the toiletries were not replaced on a daily basis, and there should have been more than one tube of shampoo, bathing gel, and conditioner.
