The hotel is also situated near the Aerodrom in the European part of the city, allowing for easy access to other parts of Istanbul. The staff members named Oguzhan and Alp were particularly helpful and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at Gonen Hotel for two nights during a layover at the airport. The hotel's proximity to the airport was perfect for someone like me who wanted to avoid staying at the airport between flights. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the rooms were clean and tidy. This was my second stay at the hotel and I was just as satisfied as before. Additionally, there is a nice mall conveniently located across the street.

We chose this hotel because of its convenient location near the airport and the Starcity Outlet Mall across the road. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel had great facilities such as a swimming pool and spa. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Adem who spoke both Turkish and Arabic, and helped us with recommendations and transportation options.

The airport shuttle service was unreliable, and we had to wait for over 40 minutes for the bus to pick us up.

Used to be favorite hotel when closer to old airport, but distance to new airport means better deals are needed for return visit. Rest is okay.

The concierge at Gonen Hotel was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to help us navigate the city and even secured us a great deal on a round trip to Kabatas. The hotel facilities were in great condition and we enjoyed the gym and pool area. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the Lal restaurant was affordable and delicious. I would highly recommend Gonen Hotel for a pleasant stay in Istanbul.
