We had an amazing breakfast at D'Polo Club & Spa Resort. The chole bhature, tandoori paranthas, and poached eggs made by Chef Chawang were excellent. The location of the hotel was also great, with a stunning terrace view of the mountains. The spacious rooms were an added bonus. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely incredible experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff, from the reception desk to the restaurant, provided exceptional hospitality throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make our visit memorable, even going as far as decorating our room for my wife's birthday and ordering a special cake. The small details, like the chef personally coming out to check on our dinner and surprise "small bites" delivered to our room, truly made us feel valued. The views from the roofdeck were breathtaking, with stunning snow-capped mountains in the distance. We also loved the jacuzzi bath, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is easily accessible and we can't wait to return.

The staff was hospitable and quickly resolved a hot water issue. We received a discounted upgrade. The morning views were fantastic. The property and rooms were very clean. Safety measures were in place. The food was good. The staff, especially Mr. Parminder, was courteous. We enjoyed the private waterfall experience. The breakfast, prepared by Chef Chawang, was excellent. The restaurant manager, Mr. Kishore, was attentive and helpful. We were upgraded to a higher category room at no extra cost.

The location of the hotel is ideal, situated just at the foothills on the way to Dharamshala road. It is also very close to the stadium, making it convenient for sports enthusiasts. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay. The staff provides excellent service and is courteous, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast, although average, can be customized upon request. The hotel offers activities like trekking and arranges private settings, like a waterfall picnic, for guests to enjoy.

Some areas of the hotel, such as corridors and furniture, could benefit from renovation to enhance the overall ambiance.

We had a wonderful romantic escape and enjoyed the stunning views of the snow-clad mountains. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway and nature exploration. We also appreciated the multiple indoor games and the swimming pool which made our stay more fun and relaxing.

We were disappointed by the slow services and the poor quality of the South Indian food. we had to wait for housekeeping to clean the floor in our room, and the corridors were outdated and lacked any plants or paintings.
