Comfortable room, friendly staff, delicious food, great facilities, helpful and well-trained staff.

For us it was ideal.

I had a luxurious stay at this hotel. The exclusive amenities fulfilled all my needs. The spa & wellness center provided an amazing full body massage. The swimming pool, sun terrace, and garden area were great places to relax. The room advantages were exclusive and added to my comfortable stay. The restaurant had special diet menus which were tasty and provided packed lunches. The location advantages were perfect for my trip.

The only minor issue I experienced during my stay was the leisure/TV room. The TV screen was not big enough for the room, which made it difficult to watch from a distance.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of a local shopping mall and numerous restaurants, making it easily accessible for guests looking to explore the area. The room offers a comfortable and cozy atmosphere, with a thick mattress and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing a homely feeling for guests. Additionally, the buffet breakfast is outstanding, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy different tastes.

The check-in process can be cumbersome and occasionally leads to misunderstandings, which could be improved for a smoother experience.

The hotel had all modern amenities and was well-equipped for our stay. The buffet dinner was particularly impressive and offered a great variety of delicious dishes. The staff, especially the junior staff who served us at the restaurants, were all delightful and made us feel welcomed.

The duty manager was unaccommodating when we asked him to address the frequent ringing of a telephone outside our room. However, despite these negatives, our overall experience was still positive and we appreciated the comfortable room and the convenient location close to many attractions.

I had a surprisingly nice stay at the hotel. The facilities were really nice and comfortable, and the staff was professional, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I especially appreciated the help I received from Soni, who helped me wrap and tie my saree for a wedding I was attending. The fine dining restaurant, Spice, was a highlight of my stay. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable with thick mattresses and plenty of hot water. The view over Victoria Park was magnificent. The staff was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Soni helped me wrap my saree for a wedding. The fine dining restaurant Spice had delicious food.

Felt safe and secure, no complaints whatsoever.
