The hotel is conveniently located close to the metro station, making it easy for us to explore the city. We were also impressed with the friendly and helpful staff, who were always available to assist us day or night. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing us with a pleasant stay. the breakfast had a good variety of fresh options, ensuring a satisfying start to our day.

There were some issues with the curtains in one of the rooms, letting in too much light from a nearby nightclub.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Vander Valk is well situated, just a short walk from the metro and tram stations. the room, especially Room 301, was lovely with a small balcony. the heating was on during our stay, which was a nice touch in the cold weather. the breakfast on the upper floor had a nice view and while it was simple, it was sufficient for a few days. the staff, especially Malik and Erzhan, were very helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the location was also convenient, within walking distance to Sultan Ahmed and other historical sites.

I had an amazingly good time at a hotel in a fantastic location surrounded by a nice neighborhood. There were plenty of cafes and eateries nearby, and the tram and metro station were also close by. the night manager was absolutely lovely and very helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were fresh and delicious. the staff, including the administrators, kitchen staff, and housekeeping, were all great and some even spoke Russian. I want to give a special shoutout to Veli, who went above and beyond to assist me with an early check-in when there were no available rooms.
