What a pleasant surprise! My stay at this hotel was way better than I expected. the room service was excellent - they went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. the housekeeping staff did a fantastic job keeping the room clean and fresh daily. the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. the in-room breakfast was a delightful touch, and the food was delicious. the location was superb, close to all the main attractions in the area.

If there's one thing that could be improved, it would be the noise level from the AC unit. It was a bit loud and made it hard to sleep at times.
