We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location on the grass was a unique experience and added to the luxurious feel of the place. The room service was exceptional and made us feel pampered. We also appreciated the car hire and dry cleaning services provided which made our stay very convenient. The staff were very friendly and accommodating which made our stay even more enjoyable. The leisure spa & wellness centre was a great way to relax and unwind, and the outdoor swimming pool was stunning. The live entertainment provided a great atmosphere and added to the overall experience.

Our family had a fantastic time at the resort. The kids absolutely loved the aqua park and the kids' area with the amazing lady, Dina. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Although there were some minor issues like the unheated pool and the leftover rocks on the beach, the resort was well maintained and clean. we would definitely recommend this resort for a relaxed vacation.

This resort is an ideal option for those looking to stay close to nature. The hotel is situated on stunning grassy grounds, littered with towering palm trees, all leading up to the crystal clear water of the ocean. The rooms are pristine, modernly decorated, and absolutely comfortable. You'll have access to fantastic swimming pools, with plenty of sunbeds at both the beach and the poolside. The breakfast and meals on offer are delicious with various options to choose from.

We had a luxurious stay at the hotel with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our needs. the Spa and wellness centre provided a relaxing experience with steam rooms, sauna, and a Jacuzzi. the outdoor swimming pool was heated and had sun loungers perfect for soaking up the sun. the private facilities in our room were exclusive, and room advantages included entertainment and a TV room.

the staff was slow in providing the wifi password, but it was not a significant issue.

My second stay at Grand Ocean was a fantastic experience. We were lucky to receive a complimentary room upgrade which was spacious and comfortable. The beach with its excellent facilities was a highlight. The staff, especially Mr. Mustafa and his colleagues, went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. The fruit basket and excellent internet were thoughtful touches. Special thanks to the chef and restaurant staff for the delicious food. The massage and spa services provided by Namy were amazing. I cannot wait to visit again. Just a small note, please take care of pool heating and maintenance.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered a great view of the pool and sea. The location was beautiful, with lots of greenery and multiple pools to enjoy. The staff were friendly, cooperative, and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I loved everything about this hotel. The value for money is unbeatable, especially considering the excellent service and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make your stay memorable. My room was cozy and had everything I needed, including a small balcony and a tea tray. The breakfast was delicious and included in my stay. The location on the grass, instead of sand, made it even more enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities, such as the Spa & wellness centre and outdoor swimming pool, were wonderful and fulfilled all of our needs. the live entertainment and beach access were also major highlights of our stay. the service was exceptional - the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. the restaurant served delicious meals with a good variety of options.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of sun loungers available by the pool. the staff provided us with comfortable seating alternatives and ensured our relaxation was not compromised.

I personally found the tile/marble floor a bit chilly on my feet.

We had a romantic escape and enjoyed the complimentary champagne and chocolates in our room upon arrival. the location was perfect with stunning ocean views and a serene atmosphere. the golf carts were a nice touch and made getting around a breeze.

The Wi-Fi was spotty and didn't always work. the bathroom facilities near the pool were inadequate and inconvenient.
