The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable furniture. The location was convenient, close to a mall and other amenities. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. I would recommend this hotel.

The only good thing about this hotel was the fact that it had air conditioning and comfortable beds. We spent our New Year's Eve here and luckily the room was cool and we could relax on the beds when we wanted to escape from the city's heat. the hotel was located in a central area which was convenient for us as we could explore and take walks around the nearby shops and restaurants. Finally, the room was quite spacious which gave us a bit of room to move around.

The hotel was quite a disappointment in many ways. the staff lacked hospitality skills and were not attentive to our needs.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was very convenient as it was very close to the railway station. We also found a nearby mall where we could use paid parking. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful, providing us with good service throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was tasty and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel had good air conditioning, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of trekking.

We did encounter some noise from the nearby train tracks, which could be a bit bothersome at times.
