We recently stayed at a 4-star hotel near the airport and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for us, with easy access to the airport and other parts of the city. The staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service, from the room service to the car hire and dry cleaning services. We were impressed with the range of amenities on offer, including a 24-hour room service, housekeeping, and shops/commercial services. In addition, there were facilities for weddings and laundry, as well as an airport shuttle service and wake up call service available for guests.

While the menu had a good variety, I felt that some additional options like chicken stew, veg broth, or boiled vegetables for the aged or unwell would have been beneficial. Additionally, the swimming area was hot, and the room AC was not functioning properly, although it was promptly addressed.

Impeccably clean hotel with personalized service, friendly staff and great buffet breakfast. Spacious and grand rooms with amazing views. A-la-carte menu is also above average.

Can honestly say no complaints.

we stayed at Fairfield and had a pleasant experience. the room was quiet and comfortable with a clean bathroom and ample charging points. the view from the 5th floor was okay, but the opposite side overlooked a nice park. the staff were courteous and helpful, and dinner at KAVA was scrumptious with a complimentary fruit plate. the blackout screens in the room were effective in blocking out sunlight during the day.

The staff called me by my name and took the time to have short conversations with me, making me feel welcome and cared for. The hotel was extremely clean and the rooms were spacious and grand, with stunning views of the city. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including South Indian dishes. The hotel also had a gym for some workouts. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.
