The gentle leafy aroma, the colorful flowers, and the manicured tea bushes were a treat for my senses! A reliable internet connection would have been nice, but the hotel is perfect for families, friends, and kids of all ages. Cons: Such a pity! Missed the chance to witness the nature's beauty in its full seasonal glory.

we had an amazing experience at Falcon Crest. the hosts and staff, including Ajeesh and Rithun, were extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. the two-bedroom suite with a hill view was stunning, and the amenities provided were top-notch. the resort's location in the midst of a tea estate provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere.

the staff kindly helped with late check, in. It suits me perfectly with various amenities like Free Wi, Fi, Game room, and Hiking. Coming back for Christmas. No pets allowed, Non, smoking rooms, Laundry, and Flat.

The database had a great selection of rooms built with sit-out areas and balconies that provided serene views of the tea plantations. the room with a separate dining area and a balcony was my favorite, offering an awesome view. the recreational room with billiards and carrom provided a fun entertainment option.

The only minor negative feature I found was that the Wi-Fi signal in my room was a bit weak, making it difficult to stay connected at all times.

For families, the small kids play area was a hit, keeping the little ones entertained.

Despite the overall positive experience, there were a few areas that could be enhanced. the restaurant menu could benefit from more variety to cater to diverse preferences.

During our recent stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful views of the surrounding tea plantations from our room. The staff were well trained and accommodating, and the food, especially the tea leaf pakodas, was delicious. The resort also offered a variety of activities and excursions, such as a Jeep Safari and fishing pond, ensuring that there was never a dull moment. we would highly recommend this resort for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Vagamon.

Christmas at this hotel was fantastic! the staff was very friendly and even surprised me on my birthday with a small cake during breakfast. I also enjoyed the lovely view of the tea plantations from the balcony. the complementary pool table was a great addition to pass the time and have fun with friends. the precautions taken by the hotel to keep flies away from the room were appreciated.

Lastly, the presence of some bugs and spiders in the room due to the location was a small inconvenience, but not a major issue overall.
