What a gem! We recently stayed at a B&B in the heart of a charming town. The location was perfect, right next to the lively town centre. The room was comfortable, with a quiet atmosphere and quality furnishings. The friendly staff provided everything we needed, from a warm company at breakfast to a cozy fire in the living area. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. We couldn't have asked for more, except for a minor issue with a leaking shower screen. But it didn't affect our stay. A top-quality experience overall.

The breakfast is delicious, with a focus on locally sourced ingredients, and there are plenty of thoughtful extras in the rooms. It's a perfect place to base yourself for exploring Leyburn.

It's a shame that the bathroom is on the snug side, but it still has everything you need.

The location of Grove House is ideal for hiking and visiting National Trust properties. The hosts are friendly and welcoming, and they go above and beyond to ensure guests have everything they need. The rooms are beautifully decorated and well-equipped, with extra little touches. The breakfast is superb, with an excellent choice, and there is a comfortable lounge area to relax in. Tea and cake are provided on arrival, a lovely gesture.

The property was ideally located to the town and nearby walks and locations. The hosts, Dustin and Adrian, were very accommodating. The room was well presented, clean, and quiet. Parking at the front and rear of the property was not a problem. The breakfast had an array of choices and was well presented.

my recent stay at leyburn's grove house b&b was even better than before. warm welcome, clean & comfy room, and fantastic breakfast. the little touches like wine glasses in the room and fluffy bathrobes made it even more special. highly recommend for a scenic break in the country.

Hard to think of anything

My recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! the location was perfect - just a few minutes walk from all the bars, restaurants, and shops in the town center. The convenience of having my own parking spot was a major plus. Secondly, the room itself was beautifully decorated and set out. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable and the contemporary bathroom was a highlight. I also appreciated the little extra touches such as the tea and coffee selection, makeup flannel, and luxurious bathrobes and slippers. Lastly, the breakfast was of a very high standard, with a variety of delicious options made from local produce.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more!
