From the moment we stepped in, we felt like we were in a tranquil oasis. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a stunning view of the Monsoon Palace. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. The food at the terrace restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed the buffet options. We also appreciated the hotel's eco-friendly initiatives, such as the use of solar panels. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

We recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in a stunning location high in the hills. The hotel offers enhanced comfort and quality services. The rooms were very spacious and well-organized, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The hotel's location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, nestled near the mountains of Airavali, offered a serene and tranquil atmosphere. The views from the sit-outs and restaurant were simply breathtaking, with a glimpse of the nearby lake and valley. The courteous and friendly staff were always ready to assist and provided excellent suggestions for nearby attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our time by the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. the hotel provided a luxurious and comfortable stay, and we would highly recommend it to others.

Although the hotel is located a bit far from the main city, it can easily be overcome by having one's own car or hiring a full-time taxi.

I got to see vintage cars, a renovated heritage building, and experienced the unique fusion cuisine. Had a blast at the pool gala dinner.

The staff is highly trained and proactive, ensuring a pleasant stay. The pools provide outstanding views, and there is also a spa and steam room for relaxation. The breakfast options are more than adequate, and the food quality is excellent.

Some guests have mentioned slow service and occasional rude behavior from the staff.
