This hotel is located right in the heart of the city, making it so convenient for all our activities. We were just a short walk away from the train station, which made it easy for us to explore different parts of the city. there were plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby, so we never ran out of options for dining and entertainment. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to find birthday decorations and treats for our granddaughter. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, with dust, spider webs, and unclean bathrooms.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location couldn't have been better, as it was in a fantastic area close to pretty much everything I wanted to do. I was able to walk to nearby attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even upgraded me to a room with a stunning city view on the top floor. The amenities were great, with a nice kitchen, plenty of wardrobe space, and hot water in the bathroom. The pool area was also very pleasant to relax in.

Lastly, the breakfast at the adjacent cafe was delicious and offered a great start to the day.

One of the drawbacks was the view from the room, as it was somewhat obstructed by nearby buildings. the staff could have been more warm and friendly in their interactions, as it felt like they were just going through the motions and lacked genuine enthusiasm for their work.

The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect. It was so close to everything in the city, with Sydney CBD attractions just a short walk away. Additionally, being close to the station made it convenient for exploring the city. The hotel was also right across the road from town hall, which added to the overall convenience of the location.

One of the lifts in the hotel was out of order during our stay, which caused some inconvenience, especially for larger groups. The functioning lift also lacked floor indicators, which led to some confusion and nearly resulted in people getting off on the wrong floor.
