I had the most incredible stay at Fort Barli. It was a peaceful oasis surrounded by real village life. The owners, who have been in the family for 16 generations, gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home. The rooms were stunning, with a touch of old-world charm. One evening, we took an ox cart ride through the village, and despite feeling like we might be intruding, the villagers greeted us warmly and shared their daily lives with us. The staff were highly motivated and always ready to assist without being intrusive. The food, though not the highlight, was still tasty and not too spicy. It was a truly authentic experience getting closer to the lives of ordinary people in a remote village. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a unique and memorable stay.

My friends and I recently stayed at a hotel in a small village, right in the center of all the action. It was the perfect location for us as trekkers and explorers. We loved being able to easily access the main sites and go on ox rides with new customers, while also enjoying the charming village atmosphere. The hotel itself was housed in a stunning 300-year-old fort, which added a touch of history to our stay. The room we had was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a view of the surrounding village. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and gave us the energy we needed for our adventures. the location and ambiance of the hotel made it a great choice for our group of friends.

This hotel is a true gem hidden away in the rural countryside. the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with a true sense of authenticity. the amenities are luxurious and exclusive, from the relaxing full body massage to the peaceful sun terrace surrounded by a lovely garden area. the dining experience is exceptional with delicious dishes served each evening and the in-room breakfast is a perfect start to each day.

The only negative aspect we experienced was a minor issue with service which was slightly slow at times. this did not deter us from enjoying the overall experience at this hotel.

Spending the New Year's Eve at this rustic heritage hotel was an unforgettable experience. the beautiful architecture and comfortable rooms were a perfect blend of old and new. the serving staff was extremely hospitable, and the delicious local cuisine was a treat to our taste buds. the location of the hotel, surrounded by traditional Indian village life, immersed us in the beautiful culture and spirit of Rajasthan.

The bathroom was not up to our standards, with chipped tiles and mediocre repair work. the restaurant had a limited selection and the presentation seemed lackluster.

The dinners were good. The pool was clean. Enjoyed bullock cart ride and local school visit. Relaxing place to stay. Wonderful break from urban tour. Peaceful location. Wonderful staff. Best food in India.
