My recent stay at Mercure in Launceston was comfortable and enjoyable. I had a great time exploring the town and the hotel's location was perfect for that. The room was clean and modern, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The complimentary wifi and Foxtel were a nice bonus. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as a noisy room and a lack of bathroom cleanliness, I still had a pleasant experience overall. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Launceston.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location couldn't have been better, right across the road from a beautiful park. The service was impeccable, with a staff member always ready to assist and make my stay more comfortable. The room amenities were top-notch, from the comfortable bed to the well-appointed bathroom with a luxurious showerhead. The hotel also offered a fantastic restaurant and a bar/lounge area where I could unwind after a long day. The free toiletries and in-room breakfast were great touches that added to my overall experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends without hesitation.

The bathroom was nice. Having a balcony was a pleasant surprise. The staff were excellent. The room had a blank and untidy retaining wall outside the window. The location was convenient, within walking distance to the city center and other attractions.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, as it was close to all the events we wished to attend, including the cinemas. The room was comfortable, with plenty of blankets to keep us warm. The walk-in shower was fantastic, and the water didn't go everywhere. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive, and the food was lovely.

There was construction work happening near our room, which was incredibly loud and gave us a headache.

Great location opposite a park, easy walk to town. Amazing decor and design, loved the Tasmanian Oak. Supportive staff and excellent meal options for dietary requirements. Clean with attention to detail, best bathroom ever. Beautiful view from room, best view from bed.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the town and has a lovely city park in front. The price was reasonable and there was a good amount of parking available.

Felt happy, nothing to complain about.

For us it was ideal.

We had an amazing Xmas break at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. They offered complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival and also provided free shuttle service to the nearby attractions. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and all the shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the comfortable beds in our room.

There were a few downsides. The breakfast was a bit disappointing, lacking variety and flavor.
