We had an incredible experience at Fort Villa. From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The staff, Vik and Manish, made sure that we were well taken care of throughout our 4-night stay. The Indian breakfast served on the rooftop was absolutely delicious. We also had the opportunity to go on a desert trip organized by Vik and Manish, and it was truly a memorable experience. What made our stay even more special was the unique atmosphere of the restored building, with its traditional craft techniques and luxurious ambiance. The location within the fort itself allowed us to enjoy the quiet roads at night. Fort Villa exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful and serene location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the city below from the balcony window in the well-appointed room. The spotless bathroom and tasteful trinkets and antiques in the room add to the overall ambiance. The breakfast on the rooftop offers a selection of fresh eggs, pancakes, cereals, fresh fruit, and delicious boxed juices.

The hotel's communication and customer service could be improved, as it was challenging to get assistance with directions and there were delays in check-in.

My stay at Fort Villa was absolutely enchanting. The beautifully restored building and traditional craft techniques used created a luxurious and peaceful atmosphere. The rooftop provided the perfect spot to admire the breathtaking sunset over Jaisalmer. Being located within the fort itself was a unique and unforgettable experience, especially enjoying the tranquil streets at night. The staff provided excellent advice on restaurants and desert safaris, making me feel right at home. I highly recommend Fort Villa for a beautiful and authentic experience.
