There were plenty of vegan and vegetarian options for breakfast, including dishes with algae, mushrooms, sweet potato, and homemade pickled veggies. The rooftop terrace was a nice spot for drinks in the evening. The room was small but I expected that, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I recently had an excellent stay at a hotel in Tokyo. The room at Tosei Cocone Ueno was a good size, especially compared to some of the smaller rooms in the city. It was well-maintained and clean, and housekeeping provided daily service with fresh towels and water bottles. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff was outstanding - they were friendly and always ready to help. The location was ideal, with easy access to the train and subway systems. In addition, there were plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and amenities nearby. Laundry facilities were also readily available. I highly recommend Tosei Cocone Ueno for a pleasant stay in Tokyo.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The amenities are plentiful and of good quality, including bath powders for kids, an excellent coffee machine, and even an ice maker. The room may be compact, but it is comfortable, and the double deck beds are equipped with headlamps and power sockets. The bathroom is small but still has a bathtub. The laundry facilities are easily accessible and clean, with detergent and drying included in the cycle. Highly recommended and definitely worth going back!

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, catering mainly to locals. I really appreciated the free coffee and other hot drinks that were available in the lobby. the daily cleaning and towel changes were a nice touch.

The room was quite small and may not be comfortable for those with big bags or larger bodies. The bathroom was particularly cramped and difficult to maneuver in.

Super convenient location near Ueno stations, park, museums, market, shops. Great room design with easily accessible plug locations and light switches. Blackout curtains that work very well for a good night's sleep. Friendly staff who speak great English and are very helpful. Well-maintained and clean database.

It was really convenient for catching trains and finding halal food nearby. Plus, the Assalam Masjid Okachimachi was only a few minutes away. The staff were really helpful and the room was better than expected for the price. There were plenty of options to watch on the TV, including English movies on demand. The amenities were plentiful and of good quality, and I especially loved the bath powders for the kids. The coffee machine and ice maker were also great additions. Despite the compact size, the room was comfy and the double deck beds with headlamps and power sockets were a nice touch. The bathroom even had a bathtub! the location, amenities, and service made my stay fantastic.
