I recently stayed at Forte in Kochi for three nights and it exceeded my expectations. The heritage property is in a prime location and is well-maintained. The staff was incredibly polite, patient, and attentive. The breakfast had a great variety of South Indian dishes and the chef's talent was evident. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with vintage architecture. The pool area was a highlight, especially enjoying ginger tea in the rain. I also appreciated the convenient cab service provided by the hotel. I highly recommend this property to future travelers.

The hotel was faultless! The check-in was smooth and the staff were extremely friendly. The room was spacious and the pool was lovely. We especially enjoyed the complimentary tea/coffee with snacks by the pool in the afternoon. The location was great as it was close to the beach and other attractions.

While the staff were very able and willing to help, there were times when there weren't enough waiting staff in the restaurant and hotel when it was busy. The bar could have had more choices.

Super attentive and helpful staff, awesome service and location. The Imperial Room was even better than the pictures and the pool was lovely. They accommodated us with an early check-in to shower and then moved us to a quieter room away from renovations. The property is newly renovated with stunning heritage furnishings. Gloria at the front desk was a pleasure to talk with and our every need was anticipated. The rooms are fabulously appointed with period furniture and window benches. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. The property is centrally located within walking distance to the waterfront and all major attractions. The breakfast was delicious and of great quality. a mind-blowing experience and I would definitely love to come back!

I stayed at Forte for 4 nights, both with a tour group and on my own for New Year’s Eve. The hotel is in an excellent location near the waterfront and historic spots. The atmosphere is great, and the food and service are very good. The staff is helpful and the pool area is lovely. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful time at Forte in Kochi! The heritage property was beautifully maintained and the architecture was stunning. The vintage furnishings added to the charm of the rooms. The staff, especially Ameer and Jerin, were incredibly pleasant, polite, and helpful. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the in-house restaurant, and the free walking tour arranged by the hotel was a highlight of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its great hospitality and beautiful ambiance.

Although the hotel was fantastic, the soundproofing could be improved. The live music in the central courtyard and the staff working late at night made it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

I am very happy to have found this hotel. It has exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my luxurious needs. The location was perfect, with everything just a few minutes away. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing and the rooms are plush and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing staycation. Service was nice and attentive, making me feel very welcomed. The daily complimentary poolside high tea was a memorable experience, with a variety of local Malayali snacks to try.

The only negative experience I had was a minor issue with the ironing board and iron, which were not promptly delivered to my room. However, this did not affect my overall experience at the hotel.
