The Factor's House in Cromarty offers an unbeatable location that is convenient to town with excellent local restaurants. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and full of personal touches like fresh fruit and homemade soap. The service provided by Fiona and Graham is warm and friendly, making you feel right at home. The breakfast spread is outstanding with a variety of homemade goodies like jam, croissants, and muffins. The view, if any, is sure to be breathtaking.

The only downside may be the limited facilities available at the hotel, but with such a charming location and excellent service, it's a minor concern.

Always my top choice. First stay staff found my forgotten hairbrush. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, free parking, restaurant, laundry. No pets, no smoking. Welcoming drink, board games, wheelchair access. Returning for next trip.

I had the most amazing stay at this charming bed and breakfast. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and made to feel right at home. The hosts, Fiona and Graham, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The attention to detail was impeccable - from the beautiful decor in my spacious and cozy room to the breathtaking view of the forest from my window. Breakfast was a real treat, with homemade strawberry jam and heart-shaped oatmeal cookies that added a special touch. The waffles with strawberry compote were absolutely delicious. The location was perfect for exploring Cromarty and the surrounding area, with plenty of activities and sights to enjoy. I highly recommend The Factor's House for a truly memorable and luxurious stay.

Arriving at this hotel, I was impressed by the serene and peaceful garden area. the luxurious room was tastefully decorated, and equipped with exclusive amenities such as a private bathroom and comfortable bedding. the knowledgeable and friendly staff provided excellent service, including offering delicious special diet menus for breakfast.

The only minor issue I encountered was the lack of leisure facilities, such as a TV or lounge room. this was not a major problem given the beautiful location advantage of being situated near picturesque surroundings.

Spent Easter weekend in a B&B and it was amazing! the hosts were super friendly and welcoming, and the house was beautifully decorated. the room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including fresh flowers and fruit. the breakfast was to die for and I also enjoyed the tea and scones they offered upon arrival. the location was also perfect, close to everything I wanted to see.

That I had requested dinner in advance, but they didn't seem to have received my request. the chef seemed a bit smug about it but eventually provided a great dinner.

The value for money at Factor's House was great, with a luxurious room and comfortable bed. The location was stunning and the staff made us feel incredibly welcome.

The hotel breakfast could have been improved by offering a larger variety of options.
